<p>Disclosed herein is an agent for preventing or treating neuropathic pain, comprising a granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) as an active ingredient. The therapeutic agent advantageously regenerates nerve cells and blood vessels in peripheral nerve tissues and thus rehabilitates the injured nerve tissues to improve nerve conduction velocity, and relieves neuropathic pain.</p>
