摘要 <p>An energy saving elevator mechanism includes an energy storing counterweight (1), a controller (2), a driving motor (3), a car (5), chain and rope pulleys (4), a straight gear rail (6), and chains and ropes (7). One end of the chains and ropes (7) is connected with the car (5); the other end rounds the chain and rope pulleys (4) and is engaged with the teeth of the chain provided on the chain and rope pulleys (4), then it passes through the energy storing counterweight (1) and is engaged with the chain and gear group (11) of the energy storing counterweight (1), and then it rounds the rope pulleys (81) and is connected with the bottom of the car (5). The energy storing counterweight (1) cooperates with the straight gear rail (6), and the controller (2) receives the weight information of the car (5) to adjust the weight of the counterweight in the energy storing counterweight (1). In the invention, when the elevator falls, the potential energy of the weight of the passengers themselves in the car (5) is stored by the energy storing counterweight (1) whose weight of the counterweight is adjustable. When the next passengers enter into the elevator, the energy storing counterweight (1) will release back the potential energy to drive directly the car (5) up and down, and the driving motor (3) supplies the lacking power, hence to save the consuming of the electric energy.</p>
