PURPOSE: An anti-static coating agent composition is provided to ensure excellent antistatic property, excellent adhesion with a base film and adhesive, to improve properties such as durability and rework, and to maintain transparency. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static coating agent composition comprises a water-soluble antistatic agent of alkali metal salt, and at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible binder resin containing a hydrophilic unit. The alkali metal salt comprises alkali metal positive ions and negative ions that are I^-, ClO4^- or bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide. The binder resin is single, or a mixture or copolymer of two or more selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl alcohol resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin, and acrylic resin. |
