PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat permitting adjustment of the position of a pillow 2 in the vertical direction, permitting easy adjustment while keeping appropriate levelness and permitting easy maintenance without generating abnormal sounds in the adjustment and without a risk of hair of a seated person being caught. SOLUTION: The seat includes a strap 1 and the pillow 2 having a pillow base 21 for supporting a pillow body 25. The pillow base 21 has an abutting panel 210 to abut on a backrest surface 510. The abutting panel 210 has an even number of strap holes 22a and 22b disposed parallel for inserting the strap 1 in such a wavelike fashion that the strap 1 passing through the strap hole to the opposite side from the side abutting on the backrest surface 510 can return to the abutting side again. One end of the strap 1 is fixed to a seat-back 51, and the other end of the strap is inserted into the strap holes 22a and 22b in the wavelike fashion, and the pillow 2 is attached to the strap 1.
