PURPOSE: A method for generating IP security data is provided to enable a smart card connected to a mobile communication terminal to secure data transmitted to the terminal at an IP layer level. CONSTITUTION: A CCP(Crypto Co-Processor)(140) performs security calculating processing of a smart card. An IPSEC module(134) controls the card processor to generate IP security data included in data using a card processor. An IP security API activates an IP security module so that the IPSEC module controls the card processor.
