PURPOSE: A thermo-hygrostat which supplies the constant temperature and humidity is provided to save the energy using the condensed heat of a compressor without using an electric heater. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-hygrostat comprises a compressor(14), a first condenser(12), a second condenser(16), a liquid receiver(20), and an evaporator(18). The compressor compresses refrigerant. The first condenser condenses the refrigerant compacted in the compressor. The second condenser condenses the refrigerant condensed in the first condenser. The liquid receiver stores the refrigerant liquefying in the second condenser. The evaporator is connected to the liquid receiver and integrated with the second condenser.
