<p>A Quality of experience optimizer (QOEO) for dynamically controlling the quality of a plurality of applications (app1,app2,...,appn) available to an end user via a communications network (GN), is adapted to collect information from said applications (app1,app2,...,appn) related to the actual status of said applications and of the flows (flow1,flow2,...,flown) associated associated to said applications, to report the actual status of said applications and said associated flows via a user interface (UI) of said optimizer (QOEO) to said user, to accept inputs from said user concerning a desired relative priority of at least one of said applications, and to change the flow of said at least one of said applications in accordance with said desired relative priority . Optionally information with respect to billing can be further used to change the flow.</p> |
