PURPOSE: A disassembling method for waste batteries is provided to reduce personnel expense by simplifying and automating whole processes, and to reduce disassembling and processing costs. CONSTITUTION: A disassembling method for waste batteries comprises: a breaking preparation step for transferring waste batteries to a breaking part(10); a breaking step for pulverizing waste batteries transferred to the breaking part; a separation step for separating broken waste batteries into electrolyte and a part of paste depending on particle size through a filter at a screeen part(20), and residual paste and lead grid, broken material and separator; a transfer step for transferring electrolyte and a part of paste passing through the filter to a first separation tank(30) and residual paste and lead grid, broken material and separator which do not pass through the filter to a second separation tank(50); and a paste extraction step for transferring the mixture of the first separation tank to a filter pressing part(40) and separating the electrolyte and paste. |
