PURPOSE: An extractor of partial exhaust flow and an internal combustion engine with the same are provided to use the dynamic pressure of corresponding exhaust air current by positioning the inlet of a partial exhaust pipe to be materially faced to exhaust air current. CONSTITUTION: An extractor of partial exhaust flow and an internal combustion engine with the same comprise a partial exhaust pipe(106). The partial exhaust pipe is opened inside an exhaust pipe(105). The inlet of the partial exhaust pipe is positioned to be materially faced to the exhaust air current. Partial exhaust air current is guided to the corresponding inlet of the partial exhaust pipe.
