METHOD FOR ANALYSING POLYCHLORINATED BIPHENYLS IN TRANSFORMER OILS BY USING BIO-SENSOR

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing concentration of polychlorinated biphenyl in insulating oil of electric transformer is provided to shorten analysis time and cost and measure PCBs concentration. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing polychlorinated biphenyl in insulating oil of electric transformer comprises: a step of placing PCBs on column chromatography in which neutral silica gel and sulfuric acid silica gel are filled to elute PCBs; a step of adding DMSO to eluted hexane to evaporate the whole hexane; a step of adding DMSO again and adding buffer solution and antibody solution; a step of mixing the sample solution and with buffer and antibody solution for 1 to 2 hours; a step of passing the antibody corresponding to PCBs through a membrane kit; and a step of detecting PCBs amount.
