The device has a base carrier (1) fastened to a wall, where the base carrier is formed by a housing area wall. A separating plate (2) divides a flow heater into a wet room and a dry room. The separating plate consists of two material components that are produced by multi-component injection molding process. The separating plate is injected to the base carrier. The separating plate is inserted as an insertion part into a housing cover, which covers the flow heater. The separating plate and/or the housing rear wall comprises sockets (5a, 5b) that comprises elastomer plastic.
