PURPOSE: A paper cup including a bar filled with gas is provided to confirm a capacity of the cup, and to notify to users about the quantity of a content inside the cup. CONSTITUTION: A paper cup(10) including a bar filled with gas comprises a bar(20) filled with gas(21) to move upward and downward by quantity of a content inside of a regular disposable paper cup for indirectly confirming the content in the cup. The bar is installed in one inner side of the cup in a vertical direction to float over the liquid content inside the cup, and fixed to the cup not to move horizontally. The bar is composes of a thin plastic material.
