<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-Zn alloy sprayed coating-coated Al alloy member in which the sprayed coating is hardly blistered and peeled (has excellent blistering resistance and peeling resistance) even under a using environment such as a heat exchange panel/header in a liquefied natural gas carburetor, and to provide its production method or the like. <P>SOLUTION: (1) In the Al-Zn alloy sprayed coating-coated Al alloy member, an Al-Zn alloy sprayed coating with a thickness of ≥100 μm is formed on the surface of an Al alloy member, and, at the time when the sprayed coating is observed from the cross-sectional direction thereof, the area ratio of pores observed in the region from the outermost surface thereof to a depth of 100μm is ≤10%. (2) The method for producing the Al-Zn alloy sprayed coating-coated Al alloy member comprises: a stage where an Al-Zn alloy sprayed coating is formed on the surface of an Al alloy member; and a stage where, after the above stage, the surface of the Al-Zn alloy sprayed coating is subjected to machining.
