PURPOSE: A method for generating and providing multimedia contents related information, and a device thereof are provided to generate the information related with the multimedia contents in client side. CONSTITUTION: A blog access unit(910) accesses to a blog service connected to the client through an internet. A contents unit(920) selects the first contents for generating related information among multimedia contents. An information management unit(930) generates the related information using a template according to a type of the related information. A transmission unit(940) transmits the related information to a server.
