<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely feed a sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet feeder comprises a heat storage cassette 36 having sheets stored therein, a first sheet feed roller 371 for feeding sheets by the contact thereof with the sheets and the rotation thereof, a second sheet feed roller 280 disposed on the upstream side of the first sheet feed roller in sheet feeding direction and feeding the sheets by the contact thereof with the sheets and the rotation thereof, a pair of separatingly feed rollers 372 and 373 separating the sheets fed by the first and second feed rollers one by one and feeding the sheets further to the downstream side, and a system controller for controlling the first and second sheet feed rollers. The system controller controls the first and second sheet feed rollers operably and independently of each other to feed the sheets by both sides of the first and second sheet feed rollers. Thus, the plurality of paper sheets are allowed to pass through the pair of separatingly feed rollers while a part of the sheets stack on each other.</p> |
