Flexible flat structure with a layer having microstructures, method for producing the flexible flat structure and use thereof

The flexible laminar structure (1) has a substrate film (2) and a thin layer on the substrate film. The thin layer is deformed with the substrate film in a common manner for producing recesses (4) limiting by the microstructures (5). The substrate film is made of organic material, particularly plastic such as aromatic polyester e.g. polyethylene terephthalate. The thin layer is made of inorganic material such as oxide, particularly silicon dioxide, a metal or a ceramic. A conductive layer is made of metal or indium tin oxide. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a flexible laminar structure.
