HIGH SPEED DISCHARGE CIRCUIT USING POWER CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A high speed discharge circuit using a power capacitor is provided to prevent the disruption of a zero-crossing of thyristor networking by preventing the reverse flow of a spike. CONSTITUTION: An EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) filter circuit unit(10) removes high frequency or lower frequency noise from the input and the output of a power line. A clamp filter(20) clamps an output signal filtered by the EMI filter circuit unit to a proper level. A power capacitor(30) corrects a power factor of the signal outputted from the clamp filter. A tank circuit unit(40) prevents the instantaneous voltage for reducing the current variation of the power capacitor.
