PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an epoxy derivative conveniently, in a high yield and highly stereospecifically. SOLUTION: A corresponding epoxy derivative is manufactured by using a metal peroxide to anα,β-unsaturated phosphorus compound constituted by directly bonding a phosphorus atom to an olefin and further connecting an oxygen atom to the phosphorus atom.
