PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electyrolytic capacitor having a decreased ESR, and to provide a method for manufacturing a solid-state electrolytic capacitor capable of uniformly dispersing a carbon nanotube in a conductive polymer molecule layer, drastically simplifying its manufacturing process, and decreasing its cost. SOLUTION: The solid-state electrolytic capacitor comprises an anode body; a dielectric oxide film formed on the surface of the anode body; a conductive polymer molecule layer formed by coating a composite having the carbon nanotube including a conductive polymer (a), a solvent(b), and the carbon nanotube (c) on it; and a cathode pulling-out layer formed on it. The method for manufacturing the solid-state electrolytic capacitor comprises the steps of coating and drying the composite having the carbon nanotube including the conductive polymer (a), the solvent (b), and the carbon nanotube (c) on the dielectric oxide film on the surface of the anode body to form the conductive polymer molecule layer.
