<p>This invention relates to the finding that inflammatory skin disorders, such as psoriasis and atopic eczema, are characterized by changes in the expression of specific microRNA molecules (miRNAs). These miRNAs may therefore be useful as biomarkers for inflammatory skin disorders as well as therapeutic targets. Methods of diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory skin disorders are provided, as well as methods of screening for therapeutic compounds.</p> |
