PURPOSE: A display device is provided to fix a display panel to a mold frame, thereby obtaining an improved strength. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes a mold frame and a display panel. The display panel includes an upper plate(420) and an lower plate(410). An insertion groove is formed on the mold frame. The lateral side of the display panel is inserted into the inner side of the insertion groove. The display panel is accepted to the mold frame. The mold frame includes the first frame(110), the second frame(120) and the third frame(130). Chassis(210,220,230) are arranged in the outside of the mold frame.
