PURPOSE: An inverter housing for an electric-powered compressor is provided to improve cooling efficiency of a refrigerant by improving the contact area where the refrigerant and the heat generation element. CONSTITUTION: An inverter housing for an electric-powered compressor comprises a floor member and a wall. The floor member faces to a main housing. A plurality of concave parts(31,32) are formed on the upper side of the floor member. A plurality of electronic components are respectively inserted into the concave parts. A recess is formed on the lower surface of the floor member. The wall is formed along the circumference of the floor member and is expanded from the one side of the floor member.
