Subject: slab manufactured from mixed polyester and metal elements. Purpose: insulation of balconies and walls. Mix proportions: one part of perlite, 0,70 of converter slug, 0,70 of golden ungrinded blast furnace slug, 0,70 of collected thin mountain deposits and one part of ungrinded metal sand. All these materials are mixed into a concrete mixer until homogenization; then, it follows the mixture of 1000 gm of the mixed material with 800 to 1000 gr of polyester and 25 gm of catalyst (hardener). When homogenized, the resulting mixture will be placed into a plastic mould for a period of 14 to 20 hours. |
