<p>A dielectric material for a plasma display panel (PDP) device, a PDP device including the same, and a method of manufacturing the PDP device are taught. The dielectric material includes at least three materials selected from the group consisting of Bi2O3, BaO, SiO2, B2O3, ZnO, and Al2O3, and a coloring agent Mn2O3. The dielectric material for a PDP device is environmental-friendly due to being PbO-free, is easily sintered at a relatively low temperature, may be prevented from yellowing by prohibiting the reduction of Ag ions, and may have enhanced light room contrast by effectively reducing external light reflection luminance and thus minimizing luminance reduction.
