PURPOSE: An apparatus for peeling chestnut is provided to improve remarkably peeling productivity, to prevent a loss of fruit juice caused by peeling of chestnut in only a single-side by spreading the chestnuts evenly in rotating discs through a diffusion guide, and to smoothly progress peeling work by preventing accumulation of waste peel. The apparatus is equipped with flat blade cutter and serration cutter and in which embossing is formed in the rotating disc. CONSTITUTION: A rotating disc(20) is fixed to a shaft(11) of a motor and a through-hole(21) for installation of cutter(30) and an embow(23) is formed more than one. A cutter is installed in the rotating discs so that a blade(31) expose on top through the through-hole. A waste peel discharge vane(40) is fixed to the shaft of the motor downward the rotating discs. A housing(50) comprises a peeling chamber(51) of upper part and a waste peel chamber(53) of lower part in basis of the rotating discs. In cutter, a serration blade(30b) in which a serrated blade(31b) is formed and a flat blade cutter(30a) in which a blade is formed into a single linear flat blade(31a) are arranged. The cutter comprises the blade and a blade support stand(33). In the blade support stand, a plate is bent in form of V and the one-side end is fixed to the rotating discs and a blade fixing part(332) is formed in the other side. The blade is equipped with a fastening part in which a long hole or a long groove is formed. A peeling chamber include one or more diffusion guide(61) diffusing chestnut of inner discs to the rotating. The housing comprises a vortex discharge hole(532) respectively formed in the peeling chamber and a chamber of waste peel.
