PURPOSE: A work member fixing device is provided to improve work efficiency by transferring the magnetic force of a permanent magnet to a magnetic domain through on-off switching of a knob. CONSTITUTION: A work member fixing device comprises a non-magnetic body(100), a rectangular mounting part(200), a magnetic domain(210~210c), a magnetic core(400), and a knob(310~310c). A mounting part which mounts a work member(600) is formed on the upper part of the body. The magnetic domain is adjacent to the mounting part and forms plural holes. The magnetic core is inserted into the hole of the magnetic domain. The knob is matched with the permanent magnet. The knob turns on and off the permanent magnet to transfer magnetic force to the magnetic domain through the magnetic core.
