PURPOSE: A fluorescent lamp alignment apparatus, a fluorescent lamp seal cutting apparatus, and a method thereof are provided to align the fluorescent lamp with a relatively simple formation, to reduce an investment cost, and to reduce the processing time. CONSTITUTION: A method of a fluorescent lamp alignment and a fluorescent lamp seal cutting comprises the steps of: arranging a gage block(410) in one side of the fluorescent lamp providing a standard surface for the arrangement of the fluorescent lamp; and arranging a slant roller(430) formed with a capability of rotation with an arrangement of an axis line in a slope to the axial line of the lamp to support fluorescent lamp to roll.
