PURPOSE: A system, a method and a service server for remotely providing management information of a server are provided to supply operation information through a mobile communication network if network connection is disconnected between a service server and a monitoring server. CONSTITUTION: Service providing servers(160_1~160_4) perform predetermined services. A service server(200) collects operation information of the service providing servers. A monitoring server(250) receives the collected operation information. An operation information server receives the collected operation information from the service server through a mobile communication network.
