PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a device for displaying power energy value, electricity toll, average power, and carbon dioxide discharge amount is provided. CONSTITUTION: The primary current and voltage are drawn from the electricity lead-in breaker backend of the place where the electrical energy is consumed. An electricity energy average display device(102) is used in indicating hour average, daily average, and monthly average of electricity consumption value. A carbon dioxide average display device(103) calculate the amount of carbon dioxide.
