MANHOLE COVER WITH SMELL INTERCEPTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A manhole cover with an offensive odor blocking device is provided to perform drainage and bad smell blocking due to foreign material or corrosion as a blocking ball operated by buoyancy opens and closes a drain hole formed on a block plate. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover(1) with an offensive odor blocking device comprises a body(10). Drain holes are formed on the upper part of the main body. Rainwater and sewage flows through the drain holes into a drain path in which a manhole cover is installed. A space part(12) with an opened lower part is formed inside the body. A blocking plate(20) is attached on the bottom of the main body with the space through a direct connecting piece(40). The blocking plate has vents(23). The outer circumference of the blocking plate adheres closely to the inner side of the body.
