PURPOSE: An actuator for brush of automatic toothbrush is provided to reduce working hours by facilitating an assembly and to minimize generation of faulty in the assembly by using a pin combination method between a brush for left and right operation and a toothbrush body. CONSTITUTION: An actuator for brush of automatic toothbrush comprises: a head unit case(20) in which a left and right operation unit and an up and down operation unit are inserted and a coupling aperture with a pin(26) is installed; declined parts(33,33') which push the up and down operation unit into both sides and are operated to right and left by a operation rod; a pair of left of and right operation unit with a slot hole, and the up and down operation unit which is operated by the declined part and in which each fixing pin is coupled with a central part of side.
