METHOD OF FABRICATING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel is provided to effectively improve a discharge delay even when idle period is long. CONSTITUTION: A front substrate structure(1) comprises: a sign electrode(3); a dielectric layer(4); a protecting layer(5); and a layer for emitting P particle which are on a glass substrate(1a). A backward substrate structure(2) comprises: an address electrode; the dielectric layer; a partition wall; and a fluorescent layer which are on the glass substrate. The front substrate structure is overlapped with the backward substrate structure. A sealing materials is hermetically sealed in a circumferential part.
