RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION READER FOR SUPPORTING DUAL BAND

PURPOSE: An RFID reader supporting a dual band is provided to simultaneously support an HF(High Frequency) and a UHF(Ultra High Frequency) of an RF band, thereby removing a need of using two RFID readers. CONSTITUTION: An HF antenna(110) transceives a signal of an HF band. A UHF antenna(120) transmits and receives a signal of an UHF band. The first electric wave absorbing agent(130) absorbs a signal of the UHF band to minimize interference. An HF band circuit(160) converts the signal of the HF band into a digital signal. The HF band circuit recognizes ID information of an electronic tag included in the digital signal.
