PURPOSE: A complex digestive enzyme formulation and a method for producing the same are provided to suppress denaturation of enzyme and quickly and efficiently activate the enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A complex digestive enzyme formulation comprises a core nucleus portion having neural digestive enzyme, middle layer of oxide digestive enzyme which surrounds the core nucleus portion and an upper layer having amino acid hydrochloride, which surrounds the middle layer. The surface of the upper layer is coated with a film of surface coating. A method for producing the digestive enzyme formulation comprises: a step of forming double layer granule particle containing the core nucleus and middle layer; a step of forming upper layer by spraying amino acid hydrochloride; and a step of coating the three layer granular surface.
