It is intended to provide a novel culture method for producing a desired protein by culturing cells capable of producing this protein with the use of a medium in which biological medium components are minimized. Namely, a culture method characterized by comprising conducting the culture while maintaining the concentration of a specific amino acid in the liquid culture medium at a high level, and a feeding culture medium for cell culture that is to be used in this method.
