PURPOSE: A numerical map data compensating system for GIS is provided to protect a terminating device from the external shock and facilitate an update task of a numerical map. CONSTITUTION: A GPS(Global Positioning System) sensor(GS) receives a location information from a GPS satellite(S). A controller(150) outputs an image using the location information of the GPS sensor, the internally stored map data, and the location information. The controller updates the map information using the updated map information inputted from a transceiver(160), and compensates the map information using the numeric information compensating data inputted by a touch screen panel. A flashing light(190) is controlled by the controller. |
