A drawing apparatus of a bonding wire is provided to prevent the generation of slip in the bonding wire by dynamically controlling the tension change of the bonding wire. A plurality of dies(135) for diversifying the diameter of the bonding wire is arranged on a dies holder(130). The first capstan(110) provides the drawing force so that the bonding wire pass through a plurality of dies. The tension controller tensely maintains the bonding wire in order to compensate for the tension change of the bonding wire passing through the first capstan. The tension controller comprises a plurality of springs and a plurality of rollers(145). A plurality of springs elastically moves to compensate for the tension change of the bonding wire. A plurality of rollers is coupled to the end part of a plurality of springs, and is rotated according to the movement of the bonding wire. |
