AC-DRIVEN LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE HAVING SINGLE ACTIVE LAYER OF CONSOLIDATED CORE-SHELL STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An ac-driven light emitting device having single active layer of consolidated core-shell structure is provided to control the production of a dark spot by the degeneration of an organic compound using ac voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(20) is formed on the glass substrates(10) as the transparent electrode. An active layer(30) is formed on a first electrode as a monolayer. A second electrode(50) is formed on the active layer. The active layer is uniformly distributed as the semiconductor nanocrystal surrounds the periphery of the membranous polymers nucleus. The active layer is the active layer of a consolidated core-shell structure.
