METHOD FOR EFFICIENT ISOLATION OF L-ARABINOSE BY SIMULTANEOUS DUAL ENZYME TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A method for isolating L-arabinose through simulataneous treatment of exo and endo hydrolase is provided to improve stability and yield of product. CONSTITUTION: An L-arabinose is isolated by treating exo type hydrolase, arabinofuranosidase and endo type hydrolase, arabinase to a substrate liquid containing polymer having L-arabinose. KCl is added during hydrolase analysis. The substrate liquid containing the polymer having the L-arabinose is isolated from a plant. The Arabinofuranosidase is derived from Geobacillus sp.(KCTC 3012).
