PURPOSE: A glass fiber adiabatic pipe and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent malfunctions due to the carbonization of a binder when an adiabatic pipe is used for high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber adiabatic pipe(100) comprises a glass fiber needle mat. The glass fiber needle mat is formed by punching a glass fiber using a needle. A binder composed of inorganic compound, organic compound, and flame retardant is spread on one side and both sides of the glass fiber needle mat. The glass fiber needle mat is wound in a forming roller and is rotated by the pressure of the roller. The glass fiber needle mat is dried, separated, and center-cut. An aluminum glass cross(50) is attached on the exterior of the glass fiber needle mat and the side of the glass fiber needle mat is cut.
