<p>The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern of the ballpoint pen as shown in the drawings; the ballpoint pen presents a transparent frusto-conical tip section which merges into a grip section which presents a slightly flared lower portion and a generally cylindrical surface having a series of aligned, spaced-apart, and identical generally oval shallow depressions; the grip section merges into a transparent cylindrical upper section having a clip portion which extends along a portion of the top surface of the ballpoint pen and presents an arched upper surface in side view; the upper end of the ballpoint pen presents a button-like section having tapered side surfaces and an end surface having a shallow circular depression therein.In the retracted position of the ballpoint pen, the button-like section projects outwards beyond the end of the transparent upper section more than when the ballpoint pen is in the extended position.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design of the ballpoint pen in a retracted position;Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left end view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right end view thereof;Fig. 7 is a top plan view of the ballpoint pen as shown in Fig. 2 in an extended position; andFig. 8 is a right side elevation view of the ballpoint pen of Fig. 7 in the extended position.Diagrams of the design are included.</p> |
