PURPOSE: An extremely low frequency sensor for measuring food freshness is provided to prevent food poisoning or bacterial contagion by accurately measuring the decay degree of the food. CONSTITUTION: An extremely low frequency sensor for measuring food freshness comprises a pair of platinum probes(2,2'), a correction resistance(3), and a signal processing unit(4). The platinum probes and the correction resistance are connected in parallel. The signal processing unit comprises a differential amplifier, an analog to digital converter, a micro processor unit, and a graphic liquid crystal display. The signal processing unit is connected to the correction resistance and the platinum probes. |
