PURPOSE: A power management system, a power management method and a media recordable with a computer are provided to measure use power used by a plurality of clients by using a power management central server. CONSTITUTION: A use power measuring unit(111) of a client(110) measures electric energy consumed in one among a monitor, a CPU, a RAM, a hard disk, a graphics card, a sound card, a network interface card, a USB device, a cooling pen and a main board. A power saving policy performing unit(112) performs a power consumption policy. A power consumption policy unit of the power management center server analyzes use power data and the saving power consumption policy. A saved power calculating unit generates saving power data by calculating saved saving electricity according to the saving power consumption policy. |
