<p>A jig system of manufacturing a gas receiver body for a diesel engine is provided to reduce the operation cost substantially and improve the productivity at the same time by performing a standardized operation, thereby improving the quality of products and reducing the working manpower. A jig system of manufacturing a gas receiver body for a diesel engine comprises: a movable frame(200) having a traveling function; a worktable(100) that can conduct a vertical moving function and a fixing function relative to the movable frame; a hoist(600) fixed to the movable frame to lift or lower the worktable vt means of a rope; a submerged arc welder(300) fixed to a portion on the worktable to perform a welding operation; a turning rotary unit(500) rotating a body(900) as a welding material to the submerged arc welder at a predetermined rotation speed; a forced rotary unit enabling a driver fixed by a fixing member to rotate the body forward or reversely, or stop the body after the welding operation; a gas cutter(400) which is installed on the other portion of the worktable, and has a combination of the forced rotary function and the traveling function of the cutter itself to perform a cutting operation according to the cutting form; and a controller that can control the traveling, rotating, welding and cutting functions.</p> |
