<p>PURPOSE: A handle frame rotation apparatus for a bicycle is provided to facilitate the manipulation of a brake or gearshift by allowing a handle frame to rotate depending on the travel condition on the road. CONSTITUTION: A handle frame rotating member(100) is installed in the middle of the handle frame so that a handle frame can be moved up and down according to the rotation of a handle installed on both sides of the handle frame. The handle frame rotating member includes a handle frame fixing member(110) which fixes the handle frame, and a rotating member(120) which is installed in the middle of the handle frame fixing member to rotate the handle frame.</p> |
