PURPOSE: A condenser is provided to improve condensing efficiency by optimizing the ratio between the condensing area and the supercooling area and the inlet port position. CONSTITUTION: A condenser(100) comprises a plurality of tubes(120), a fin(130), a first header tank(110A), a second header tank(110B), an inlet port(111), an outlet port(112), and a baffle(113). The tube and the fin form a core. The core is divided into a condensing area(A1) where coolant passes through first, a pressure reduction cooling area(A2) to a receiver drier after the condensing area, and a supercooling area(A3) where the coolant flows in from the receiver drier and cools. The condensing area to the whole area is 60~85%. The inlet port is located flush with the lowermost tube in the condensing area.
