The nano-nitride ceramic comprises aluminum nitride, titanium nitride, titanium carbon nitride, silicon nitride, tantalum nitride, gallium nitride, boron nitride, indium nitride and/or chromium nitride. The nano-carbide ceramic comprises aluminum carbide, titanium carbide, zirconium carbide, bromine carbide, niobium carbide, tungsten carbide, tantalum carbide, hafnium carbide, vanadium carbide, chromium carbide and/or carbon. The nano-boride ceramic comprises aluminum boride, titanium boride, zirconium boride and/or hafnium boride. The intermediate layer consists of metals or metal alloy such as chromium-nickel-alloy.
