The wheel has a casing for enclosing shafts (7, 9) and a rolling body placed in chambers between the shafts so that the body rolls for a relative rotation between the shafts and the casing in a direction. A turning knob (16) is provided for axial displacement of a toothed wheel (11). The shafts consist of a hollow shaft piece and an axially displaceable inner piece, where the knob and the toothed wheel are arranged in the piece.
