<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a pulse transformer in an inverter circuit which uses the pulse transformer for the drive circuit of a switching element. <P>SOLUTION: A drive voltage is supplied to the switching element via the pulse transformer from the drive circuit.
