<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend a use state of a guest room all over a period of stay in accommodations. <P>SOLUTION: A user's whereabouts check system 1 is composed so that a user can carry it along, and includes: a key information transmitter 2 for transmitting a wave signal; a key information receiver 3 which is installed in a guest room and outputs a signal indicating that the radio wave signal from the key information transmitter 2 is received when it is received; and a management PC 47 for determining an entrance state of a user into the guest room on the basis of an output of the key information receiver 3. Also, the key information receiver 3 has a receiving part for receiving a radio wave signal transmitted by the key information transmitter 2; and a wave intensity detection part for detecting the wave intensity when the radio wave signal is received by the receiving part.
